This PR clarifies the authentication requirements for accessing Docker Cloud Sandboxes through the API.
The documentation now explains the distinction between the
sandbox:usepermission on a personal access token (PAT) and the granular permissions required for individual Sandbox API operations.Specifically, it clarifies that:
sandbox:useis required for the PAT to access Cloud Sandboxes.sandbox:usedoes not automatically grant granular Sandbox API permissions.sandboxesCreate.sandboxesRead.sandboxesDelete.This makes the authentication and authorization requirements clearer for users working with the Sandboxes API.
